About the Course
These sessions are designed for divers who are already comfortable diving to approximately 10–12m and are working toward making dives to 20m feel relaxed and repeatable. Sessions are run at a steady pace with an emphasis on repetition, efficiency, and developing ease in the water. Focus areas may include: • relaxation and breathing • efficient movement and finning • equalization consistency • controlled descents and ascents, including line alignment • short, comfortable hangs at depth Sessions emphasize repeatable, comfortable dives rather than pushing limits. Group Size: 2 - 4 divers per session Prerequisites: • Recognized freediving certification • Comfortable diving to approximately 10–12m • Familiarity with basic safety procedures

Cancellation Policy
Student Cancellations: - Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a full refund and are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. - Cancellations made 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund. - Cancellations made within 48 hours before the course start date are NOT eligible for a refund. Instructor Cancellations: - If a course is canceled or rescheduled by Deep Intentions Freediving due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns), students may reschedule. - Courses require a minimum number of participants to run. Deep Intentions Freediving reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course if minimum enrolment is not met. In this situation, students will be offered the option to transfer to another course date or receive a full refund. Medical Statement Requirement: Freediving carries inherent risks and requires participants to be in good health. All students must complete and pass the Molchanovs Medical Statement prior to participating in any course activities. Students are responsible for reviewing the medical requirements before booking and ensuring they are able to safely participate in freediving activities. If a medical condition is identified, written clearance from a physician may be required before the student can participate. If a student is unable to participate due to a medical condition identified after booking, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
