By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Deep Intentions Freediving reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Bookings and Payment

Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm your course booking.

Accepted payment methods: Credit Card (protected by Wix Bookings), PayPal, and electronic funds transfer (EFT) for Canadian clients.

Any outstanding balance must be paid before the course begins.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Student Cancellations:

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a full refund and are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours before the course start date are NOT eligible for a refund.

Instructor Cancellations:

If a course is canceled or rescheduled by Deep Intentions Freediving due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns), students may reschedule.

Courses require a minimum number of participants to run. Deep Intentions Freediving reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course if minimum enrolment is not met. In this situation, students will be offered the option to transfer to another course date or receive a full refund.

Health and Safety Requirements

Freediving carries inherent risks and requires participants to be in good health. All students must complete and pass the Molchanovs Medical Statement prior to participating in any course activities.

Students are responsible for reviewing the medical requirements before booking and ensuring they are able to safely participate in freediving activities. If a medical condition is identified, written clearance from a physician may be required before the student can participate.

If a student is unable to participate due to a medical condition identified after booking, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
Liability Waiver

Freediving is a physically demanding activity, and participants acknowledge the inherent risks involved.

By booking a course, you agree to release Deep Intentions Freediving and its instructors from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur before, during, or after training.

A detailed liability waiver must be signed by participants before starting a course.
