Training and Crossover
Designed for those looking to enhance their freediving skills or transition from other freediving agencies. The approach is tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals either coming from other freediving agencies or looking to refine their skills by building on strengths and addressing weaknesses.

Open Water Coaching
These sessions are designed for certified freedivers who want to build confidence, refine technique, and develop greater comfort in the water.
Each session is structured with a clear focus and guided progression. The goal is not simply to dive deeper, but to move through the water with more ease, control, and awareness.
Sessions are kept intentionally small to allow for individualized feedback, appropriate pacing, and a strong focus on safety.
Each session includes:
• a short briefing to set the focus and plan for the session
• approximately 60–75 minutes in the water
• a brief debrief to review key takeaways
Sessions run approximately 1.5 to 2 hours in total.

Beginner
Foundation and Comfort

Coaching focused on building consistency and confidence in the water.
These sessions are designed for divers who are already comfortable diving to approximately 10–12m and are working toward making dives to 20m feel relaxed and repeatable.
Sessions are run at a steady pace with an emphasis on repetition, efficiency, and developing ease in the water.
Focus areas may include:
• relaxation and breathing
• efficient movement and finning
• equalization consistency
• controlled descents and ascents, including line alignment
• short, comfortable hangs at depth
Sessions emphasize repeatable, comfortable dives rather than pushing limits.

$100 per person
Prerequisites:
• Recognized freediving certification
• Comfortable diving to approximately 10–12m
• Familiarity with basic safety procedures

Intermediate
Depth and Control
(20 - 30m depth)
Coaching focused on developing control, awareness, and confidence at depth.
These sessions are designed for divers who are already comfortable diving close to 20m and are looking to refine their technique and relaxation under increased pressure.
Sessions are run at a slower pace with a greater emphasis on recovery, individual feedback, and intentional dives.
Focus areas may include:
• comfort and stillness at depth
• equalization strategy
• descent control and freefall
• refining specific disciplines (e.g., FIM, CWTB, or CNF)
• mental control and response to discomfort
• deeper or more committed dives when appropriate
The emphasis is on quality, awareness, and controlled progression.
Group size
Maximum 2 divers per session
Price
$150 per person

Assessment areas may include:
• depth and comfort in the water
• equalization control within current depth range
